The Dual-Sensor Thermal & Digital Night Vision Monocular combines thermal imaging and low-light digital imaging in a compact handheld device designed for outdoor observation, wildlife monitoring, property inspection, farm monitoring, search support and general night-time viewing.
The thermal imaging system features a 384 × 288 uncooled vanadium oxide detector with a 17 μm pixel pitch, NETD ≤50 mK, a 19 mm germanium objective lens and a 25 Hz refresh rate. A separate 640 × 480 ultra-sensitive CMOS camera with a 12 mm lens provides digital low-light observation alongside the thermal channel.
Both imaging systems support 1x base magnification and digital zoom up to 5x. The monocular also features nine thermal colour palettes, photo and video recording, playback, 8GB TF storage, a 640 × 480 LCOS display and video output.
